Book2Color is an AI-powered platform that enables users to generate coloring book pages and illustrations using artificial intelligence technology. Our Service includes:

AI-powered image generation for coloring books
Image editing and customization tools
Export functionality for various formats (PDF, PNG, etc.)
Integration with Amazon KDP publishing workflows

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
Maintain and promptly update your account information
Maintain the security of your password and account
Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Subscription Plans and Payments

4.1 Free and Paid Plans

Book2Color offers both free and paid subscription plans. Free users receive limited credits, while paid subscribers have access to enhanced features and additional generation credits.

4.2 Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) depending on your selected plan. All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors (PayPal, Stripe).

4.3 Refunds

Due to the nature of digital services and AI generation costs, refunds are generally not provided after credits have been used. However, we may offer refunds at our discretion in cases of technical issues or service failures on our part.

4.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. Any price changes will be communicated to existing subscribers at least 30 days before taking effect.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of any prompts, inputs, or original content you provide to the Service. For AI-generated content:

Paid Users: You own full commercial rights to the images generated using your paid credits. You may use, sell, modify, and distribute these images without restriction, including for Amazon KDP publishing.
Free Users: Free-tier generated content is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only.

5.2 Our Content

The Service, including its design, features, code, and underlying technology, is owned by Book2Color and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

Generate illegal, harmful, or obscene content
Create content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights
Generate content depicting real individuals without their consent
Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
Resell or redistribute the Service itself
Violate any applicable laws or regulations

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Our AI technology generates content based on machine learning models. While we strive to produce high-quality, unique content:

We cannot guarantee that generated content is entirely original or free from similarities to existing works
You are responsible for reviewing generated content before commercial use
We recommend consulting with legal professionals regarding copyright matters for commercial publications

8. Privacy

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

You retain ownership of content you previously generated (if applicable)
We may delete your account data after a reasonable period

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If resolution is not reached within 30 days, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
