At Book2Color ("we," "our," or "the Platform"), we strive to provide high-quality AI tools for coloring book creation and Amazon KDP workflows. This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs how cancellations, monetary refunds, and credit reissuances are handled.

1.Nature of Digital Goods & AI Generation Credits

Our services utilize advanced cloud-based Artificial Intelligence models (Google Vertex AI / Imagen) that incur direct, irreversible GPU compute costs the moment a generation request is executed. Therefore:

Credits consumed represent compute power already delivered and are non-refundable once successfully utilized.
Refunds or credit restorations will not be granted simply for change of mind after using the service.

2.Technical Delivery & Subjective Expectation Policy

Successful Generation: No credit reissuance or refund applies if the system processed and rendered the image correctly according to the provided prompt and parameters.
30% Quota Usage Limit: No monetary refunds will be issued for subjective dissatisfaction or unmet expectations if the user has already consumed more than 30% of the total credit quota included in their active plan or purchased credit pack.

3.Technical Failures & Incident Guarantee

If you experience a technical failure directly attributable to our platform, we guarantee a fair and prompt resolution:

Credit Reissuance: If the server threw a 500 error, timeout, or produced a corrupted/blank file preventing export, we will restore 100% of affected credits.
Monetary Refund: If a critical platform outage permanently prevents service usage and our support team cannot resolve it within 48 hours, you may request a refund for unconsumed funds within 14 days of purchase.

4.Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your recurring subscription at any time without fees or penalties:
